GENERAL CONDITIONS: The above prices are per night per apartment, for calculations efectts. The minimum stay is one week (7 nights). Each apartment can not have more people sleeping than indicated on the maximum established and agreed on the reservation. To make a reservation effective the client must send a downpayment for 40% of the total reservation, the remaining 60% will be paid upon the check-in. Without the downpayment the reservation is NOT assured. THis value grants the client the warranty that the type of apartment reserved will be available on the arrival day. The client must have a valid identification document when doing the check-in.
Check-in is after 16h00. Check-out is before 12h00.
