Arrival of competitors for the Dart98

Today was the 24th July 1998, and only arrived 33 boats, wich is less than half the fleet of the European Championships. The majority of competitors will arrive tomorrow, but the "ambiance" so far has been very pleasant. Dart competitors have sailed in 20 to 35 knots of wind, testing the race field. Lots of drinking on the sailing club bar have been spoted also... Its been a constant party since they start to arrive on the 20th July.
